I was going to quit today after 4 months of not losing any weight. Of looking in the mirror and having my swollen face reflect the utter despair that overwhelms me.

But I tear up each time I watch the video you put together using Celine Dion. They are awe inspiring and profoundly motivational. Each time I think of quitting I watch the aforementioned video and this one is no different. Please keep posting. I cant wait to send you my pictures once I complete my journey.

I think you deserve more attention for your videos. You have found a perfect vehicle for motivation and inspiration in weightloss and fitness. Each entry is a reminder that we all can achieve our goals. Each one has a great piece of music that is a perfect choice. If I was a personal trainer or instructor or fitness guru, your vids would be part of the program. When someone needs some motivation, when they feel that it’s not worth it, I would send them to your vids. They help me. Peace.
