I really enjoyed your lecture. Never really gave this topic alot of thought and even though, I won’t be on a raw food diet, I do want to move my family to at least 50% raw in the near future. This information will help me make better choices. Thanks again.

Yes, you can eat bee pollen straight, add to smoothies or add to recipes. I usually eat it straight. I reccomend that we collect our own pollen by eating flowers.

What do we do with bee pollen. how do we eat it just like that?
