I received my order – PROMPTLY – on 3/12/08 (thank you Suncoast Spa!!!) and started taking my pills on 3/13/08. As of today, 4/2/08, I have lost 11.5 lbs. with no exercise. I have been ‘managing my weight’ since 12/06. I hate the word ‘diet’ because I am NOT dieting, I am making a healthy lifestyle change. I weighed 246lbs at that point. When I ordered my Lida Daidaihua pills, I was about 190. I just couldn’t break the barrier. I jogged daily and lifted weights…and my body had just plateaud. I needed a ‘kick’ to get down some extra pounds.

I knew a friend who used these pills a year ago and had lost around 25-30lbs in a month. So, I ordered mine. Of course, nervous at first. You never know if things are legite or if they are going to work. But I liked the sound of Suncoast and ordered my product.

It came in just 3 days, I think. My first week I lost 6.5 lbs and now I am down 11.5lbs. I am VERY excited to say that I weigh 170lbs today. I still have the month to finish out and am excited to see how many more pounds I will lose.

One thing, just because I am lazy, I stopped exercing on a regular basis. I do this every once in a while for a few weeks. You get tired sometimes, you know? I add this because, even though I don’t jog every day now, I am still losing weight. I did have some jitters my first day – they went away the next and some dry mouth for about 10 days. That, too, has subsided. I have not had any side effects from the pills and recommend them to anyone who needs to lose a lot or a little.

I am 39 – turning 40 in December, female about 5’5″ and can’t wait to get to 130lbs and become a COUGAR for my 40th B-day! Lida Daidaihua and Suncoast are helping me get there!

My coworker has also ordered a bottle and received her order last week. She is down 4lbs. This works! It is ALL natural and has no side effects! Who cares about the temporary dry mouth that I experienced? We all need to drink more water anyway! LOL

AND NOW, AN UPDATE FROM ME!!!

Hi! I am Shaz of Brooklyn and Amityville and am still taking my DaiDaihua. I just ordered for my 3rd month. I think that when I started I was 183(?) and I just could not break that 180. As of today, Cinco de Mayo (5/5/08), I am 163 and a size 8! As I said previously, I started dieting in 12/06 and weighed 246 and was a size 18. My goal weight is about 125-130.

My coworkers and I call it ‘the shrinking pill’ because it, literally, melts your body! Since I started, my coworkers have also been using it. They have the same dry mouth thing (that sucks LOL) but have lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight! I believe that one girl is down 18lbs in her first month – she looks soooo different. Because of her and me, my other coworker is now taking it and has lost 4lbs in her first week. She feels great and is very motivated. Her sister has now ordered the pills.

A nurse at my job told her friend about our weight loss and she just got her box today. The message is being spread, not by our mouths, BUT OUR BODIES! WE LOOK GREAT!!! We feel great and have had no major issues.

I just tell people, buy a really good lip balm because you will be very dehydrated! Drinking water is a MUST!!! I did notice, like that other person, that I do not sleep as much as before. I used to go to bed around 10:30 or 11. At times, I realize that it is going on 1am! LOL So, now, I put my (now skinny LOL) butt to bed!!!

All products work differently for all people. If Lida daidaihua works for you – keep it up! If not, pursue another avenue. I have tried another pill years ago and it made me very angry and moody – it wasn’t for me. Lida’s product has seemed to work very well and has also done so for my friends here at work.

I like it! I trust it! I have recommended it over and over. And I keep coming back to Suncoast Spa because of their prompt and reliable service!

I have never been a size 8 – I am so excited and proud! I don’t exercise anymore…laziness. I will start my yoga again in the summer because I want to tone. But, without exercise, Lida is still working and working well!

Let me first say that before I started taking these pills, I weighed 200 pounds, which for my height is definatly considered to be overweight. I had always had a very hard time controlling the amount of food that I ate, even if I wasn’t really hungry, if something sounded good, I ate it. Anytime I was bored, upset, even happy, food was the answer. I would exercise occasionally but it never really did any good because I ate so much, and most of it was either fast food or junk food. I am the kind of person that gets very easily discouraged if I don’t see results right away, so nothing has ever worked for me because I have never been able to stick with it.

So then my friend told me that she bought these pills and asked if I wanted to try them also. After researching them a little bit on the internet and not finding anything negative, I decided to try them.

I started taking them in the morning on May 14th of this year. After just one day I noticed that I was not constantly thinking about food like I always had been. VERY thirsty but not hungry. After a few days of taking them, I hadn’t noticed any weight loss, but I just FELT better in general. I had a little more energy, got out of bed easier in the morning, and no longer felt like I had just eaten way too much. At the end of the first week, I lost about 7 pounds! Talk about encouraging! I am also happy to say that I stopped drinking soda completely, and have not felt the urge to snack when it wasn’t a mealtime. It’s nice to be able to turn down snacks not because you feel that you shouldn’t eat them, but because you simply don’t DESIRE to eat them.

It will be a month tomorrow since I have been taking them, and I now weight 179, so a total of 21 pounds lost in one month! I am wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in quite awhile, and the clothes that I would normally wear fit me so much better.

My friend and I have purchased our next month’s supply, and now her sister is also using Lida, as well as a few other people that we work with, and they are all experiencing awesome results as well! We have all used Suncoast Spa Equipment for our purchases and have been very happy with them. Our packages arrive well before they are scheduled to and we have not had any problems.

I feel like I have rambled on a little too much but I am just so happy with my experience so far, and I hope that everyone that tries Lida will have the same results.

I am almost finished with my first 30 day box of Lida. I have lost 10 lbs, and I must add, this is with diet change only, no added exercise. The pills really control my appetite. Many days, I feel like there is a lump in my throat all the time, and could skip every meal. If I do, though, I get a terrible headache. They make my mouth dry, but not terribly, so I have been drinking more water. The weight came off easily, but I’m sure it would be better if I would start a workout program, too. I have noticed increased sweating, I’m hot all the time. My blood pressure hasn’t increased dramatically, but my pulse is almost always 100 bpm. I have skipped a few days here and there, because most nights, I can’t get to sleep until well after midnight. I’m not really tired the next day, but I don’t know how good this is for the body. I bought a 2 month supply, so I’m going to keep taking Lida until I run out and see what happens. I’m going to start walking more and I’ll update in another month. Just wanted to share my experience. I got my order from suncoast, and I have to say, whatever the active ingredient is, they DO contain it. No fakes here.

The pills are individually packaged -as pills often are- yet they were not sealed in a box. Expiration date cannot be confirmed – as it is written on the BOX but not the pill packages.

I found the pills to be painfully ineffective. No side effects, no results, no nothing. Either they are COUNTERFEIT, expired, or nothing but a scam.

I should have been weary when “100% Authentic!” and “NO exercise needed!” were so largely advertised. However, going against my better judgment, I bought the pills and, inevitably, was terribly disappointed. Ive been faithfully taking it in the morning for a couple weeks now and find my weight to have neither dropped or even fluxuated – which is strange, because on top of the pills, I’ve decreased my food intake (through MY will, pills did NOT help) and somewhat increased my exercise.

I have to wonder whether all these 5-star reviews are authentic. Considering all of them have ONLY reviewed this product, the reviews seem to be from either the manufacturer or seller. A Ridiculous and Pathetic way to get desperate, unsuspecting customers to feel reassured in purchasing the product.

Very upset that I wasted money on nothing.

I tried this out, thinking I’d do just about anything to speed up the process of loosing about 30 lbs to FINALLY get back to my pre first baby weight (it’s been a handfull of years).

I started using these a little over a week ago. It is true, there are no side effects… no effects at all if you ask me.

The first day I did have no cravings or hunger, and I had energy, so much so that after the kids were in bed I picked up a good book and the next thing I knew I was finishing the book and it was 4am.

Since then though, I have no trouble sleeping, and I feel hungry all the time… I also weigh exactly what I weighed when I first started – despite being pretty active in the past week, walking and doing tons of house and yard work as well as chasing my 2 year old.

I was disappointed, but I guess I knew already there are no miracle pills.
