Alright, so I go back to work in a week, and I see the guy that I love in 2 weeks…
And I want to lose weight!
I am currently 5’3, 120 lbs… losing a little bit of weight makes a difference on my frame.
I want to know the quick and easy ways to lose weight fast, just so I can look different to my co-workers and wow the boy that I haven’t seen in a month!
Thank you in advance.

I don’t care if this is permanent, because I’ll be going on a “real” diet when the other people in my house do…

So what can i do?
600 calories… more or less?
Lotsa water & no salt?
How much excercise?

What will work?

Ok so i have no time to eat right at the moment. and im over weight. im 5’3 and im 160lbs…yeah i know im fat. usaly i just eat some thing easy and quick, cuz i babysit all day (7am-5pm) so i have to take care of them. i would like to loss some weight before school starts again..thing is i HATE veggies. so any sugestions, other then suck it up and eat the veggies.?

serious answers only PLEASE.
oh yeah im 16 in nov..if that helps(grade 11)
oh i also have a snacking problem lol i love to snack on chips! this needs to stop…what can i do about it? dance was keeping me way from eating all the time, but i dont have dance again till second semester at school…and i dont really have time to join a dance team out side of school.

Has anyone heard of Wu-long tea or used it? You are supposed to drink it twice a day no side effects and you lose weight. Now I know that losing weight is not that easy otherwise all of us would be skinny. but I saw the ad in fitness magazine and Oprah featured it too on her show. If you have used it pls let me know.
