A couple of weeks ago i posted a question about weight loss. I am very disappointed to say that none of the answers I received helped me. I am willing to take the blame for this because I was not clear enough in my question of what type of answer I was seeking.
So this is a redone question about the previous subject.
This is more detailed, and hopefully you understand it easily and will give me the answer I am looking for.
Thank you in advance for helping me through this. I will be choosing the best answer, if you are chosen I will contact you personally and tell you what I think of your answer. Please read my question below and answer it seriously. (NO JOKING AROUND PLEASE!)

I need help losing weight, I’m not majorly over weight, but I’m hoping to lose a couple of pounds in order to be able to show off my stomach on the beach without shame. I’m 13, 5’4″ and I weigh 132lbs. I don’t look too fat but I really wish i had a flat stomach. I need something that doesn’t run health risks and is safe for teens my age.
It would be great if it could work quickly and easily. But I’m willing to try something long-term. I don’t have will power so something easy is needed. Something that DOESN’T COST ANY MONEY WHATSOEVER. My parents aren’t willing to pay for anything involving weight loss. It MUST absolutely MUST cause a flat stomach, skinny legs and skinny arms. I was going to try a body wrap at a salon, but I don’t know if it works. Plus it’s around $125 per person.
